The content rights are all owned by the same company that owns Pluto TV. Maybe in Canda they aren’t offering it because they operate in partnership with Corus Entertainment?

Once Path of Exile 2 goes out of early access I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s unashamedly inspired by Diablo 2 and a lot of fun.
