I feel like this is something that could easily shift with one misstep by Valve. It’s good now because for the most part they have made consumer friendly choices.

It’s actually surprising, lots of AI bros love to brag when their stuff is made with AI. it self-selects.

Part of the problem is that these tech companies aren’t being required to back up their claims. They are somehow allowed to get away with minuscule disclaimer text that says “artificial intelligence models can make mistakes, check the output” and say complete bullshit about what it can do in interviews.

Can the tech industry ever do a thing in moderation?
