C teaches a whole variety of low level concepts that are helpful in any comp sci field. That’s my vote. Python holds your hand too much and JS would require more to get started. If they aren’t shooting for a comp sci degree and are just looking for helpful scripts then python would be fine.

Mullvad does in fact block port forwarding. If it is absolutely required (it is if you want to be able to connect to the most people) then you should look into possibly a seed box or another reputable vpn.
Mind you, it will work without port forwarding but not as well with it.
There is a setting to bind qbittorrent to your vpn. PLEASE use this as using it without accidentally could get you in trouble. The binding is a last resort safety mechanism to prevent it from even working if the vpn is off.
I don’t think people who say “everyone” ever literally means “everyone”. It’s a niche and the hype around old devices is real so the author is just commenting on it. I get hating sensationalized titles but this really isn’t as terrible as you are making it out to be.

I highly doubt RS3 will outpace OSRS ever. The majority of the money Jagex pulls in is through OSRS, that’s why it gets so much more content. RS3 can be fun for the certain group of people but OSRS is just a behemoth.
