Images: ‘Serious upgrade’ for Atlanta airport parking nears debut Josh GreenTue, 05/26/2026 - 15:29Come Monday, the Atlanta airport’s years-long, ongoing expansion efforts will include thousands of new parking spaces designed to be walkable to a main domestic terminal. According to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport officials, the new South Red Deck is scheduled to open June 1 near the South Terminal, which is primarily used as a hub for Delta Air Lines domestic flights.
