Images: Revised tower plans unveiled near cusp of Piedmont Park Josh GreenMon, 06/08/2026 - 11:20How a rare Midtown tower of for-sale condos might look and function near Atlanta’s marquee greenspace is coming into clearer focus. Delray Beach, Fla.-based luxury developer Kolter Urban has lifted the veil on its fourth planned condominium tower in Atlanta—but first outside Buckhead—now called “Fourteen Park.” The 250 14th St. site is about a block from the western edge of Piedmont Park. Atlanta urbanists and curious locals have been watching the high-profile site for years.In late 2025, Kolter Urban purchased for $11 million the 14th Street property where national developer and active intown builder Toll Brothers had been planning a residential tower since 2019. (As designs progressed over the years, Toll Brothers’ tweaked plans for more density became the source of neighborhood ire and a petition against them.)Now, Kolter Urban is under contract with owners of seven townhomes next door in hopes of expanding the Fourteen Park tower’s footprint to 1.35 acres total. Google MapsAccording to Kolter Urban, the Midtown site is alluring for its walking-distance proximity to Piedmont Park, Ansley Park, Colony Square, and cultural institutions such as Woodruff Arts Center. The members-only Ansley Golf Club and Piedmont Driving Club will offer a private club shuttle to and from the building as well, per officials. We’ve asked Kolter Urban reps for more information on the planned tower’s height, unit count, and outlook on groundbreaking, and this article will be updated with any additional details that come.
