This is great news. It’s also putting a ton of pressure on his co-conspirators. They’re looking at real prison time, and the only way to get out of it is to turn over hard evidence about Trump organizing all the crimes.
Or… double down and aim for a pardon? I mean, the polls make it look like a viable strategy.
It’s a state charge. That pardon would have to come from the governor. No presidential pardon power for that.
