The detailed sourcing directly attacks Sony’s legal claim that a reasonable person wouldn’t expect to own their digital purchases on the PlayStation Store.

If we take for granted that Sony truly believed no “reasonable person” would expect to own digital purchases, then surely continuing to use terms like “purchase” and “own” despite this is an attempt to mislead people?
I don’t play games anymore, but if I do, I’ll go back to my teenage ways 🏴☠️
