I’ve read this article 3 times now trying to understand why the headline is written like it is. Cash app had a system glitch that double charged instant transfers and they are working on correcting the problem. Inconvenient, sure, but calling it a nightmare?? Why specifically “black customers”?
I guess well done editor, your sensationalized headline got me to stick around the page for an extra couple minutes while I tried to understand the context, and all it cost was the journalist integrity of one of America’s historic newspapers.
