People who have spent time with President Biden over the last few months or so said the lapses appear to have grown more frequent, more pronounced and, after Thursday’s debate, more worrisome.

How about we get someone who can win in a swing state so we can avoid Trump? Because right now from the polling it looks like Biden can’t.

This account is based on interviews with current and former White House aides, political advisers, administration officials, foreign diplomats, domestic allies and financial donors who saw Mr. Biden in the last few weeks, sometimes just briefly, sometimes for more extended periods. In most cases, they spoke on condition of anonymity because of the delicacy of the matter.

And it’s a weird article, because about half the article is also (named) people saying the exact opposite during the same timeframe. So at best people close to him can’t even agree. Headline seems like bait.

They never are. Hell, most of the articles about trump were anonymous sources

Looking at the New York Times, they are massively hammering Biden. Like, a huge chunk of the front page is negative pieces on him.

I have a parent who is going through the onset of Alzheimers. We are talking together as a family about the transfer of paying bills, driving, power of attorney, etc etc to someone else. It fucking sucks but it has to be done. I wish we could all be adults and realize that someone else should be running against Trump. It has to be done. Also fuck Trump. Also fuck dementia too 😭.
