The rules seem to imply that pocket dumps are required. Can we also post reviews / comments / discussions of EDC items here?

You’re good to go.

As long as posts aren’t ads disguised as posts, and it’s EDC related, there’s no problem.

Pocket dumps are nice, not mandatory.
