What? You mean the election thing?
SCOTUS chose the winner of the election. It really is that simple. They found a time when the count was incomplete, but temporary results had Bush leading, said “STOP!” and he became the next president.
Oh wow. I need to read up on that. I didn’t know they did it that way.
I don’t understand. Are you arguing for or against the statement?
Its not pedantic enough for me, they could have went as far back as 2013.
