    Not in a million years. Not only are all the uses of speech cited within covered by the 1A, but the American government wouldn’t let the UN prosecute actual US war criminals let alone reporting agencies not sounding pro-palestinian enough.

      Right. The historical case in the article of a crackdown on media supporting a genocide was in Rwanda. Why, yes, rich nations will apply these rules to poor ones and not to themselves.

        Pretty sure all Western Nations being ‘called out’ in this article have codified Freedom of Speech, Religion, and Press in their list of rights (charter/bill/constitution/etc…).
