Longtime Atlanta business executive A.D. Frazier Jr., the chief operating officer of Atlanta’s Olympic organization and the former president of Invesco, died Monday.

Longtime Atlanta business leader A.D. Frazier headed the Special Council on Tax Reform and Fairness, an effort to rewrite Georgia’s tax code. Frazier served as chief operating officer of the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and as president of Invesco. He died Monday at age 80. AJC File Photo
