Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said earlier this week that Georgia is on track to begin early voting on Tuesday. Three civil rights groups filed a lawsuit asking a federal judge to order Raffensperger and Gov. Brian Kemp to extend the voter registration deadline. The judge expressed skepticism.
