In Tuesday’s election, Donald Trump added nearly 200,000 more votes in Georgia than he drew in 2020. An Atlanta Journal-Constitution analysis showed he stoked higher turnout in Republican-friendly areas while also largely cutting his losses in vote-rich metro Atlanta counties where Democrat Kamala Harris dominated.
