Jose Ibarra was charged in the February killing of Laken Hope Riley, whose body was found on the University of Georgia campus. Jose Ibarra, arrested the day after Riley was slain, is charged with felony murder, malice murder, kidnapping with bodily injury, aggravated assault with intent to rape, aggravated battery, hindering a 911 call and tampering with evidence.
