Think how much power the workers got from Covid as it was, losing less than 1% of the population; can you imagine how much in-demand labor would be with a 25% loss of supply?

People were able to negotiate for better pay, and travel to another employer if the pay was too low. It was a social revolution for the survivors. But it was more like a 50 to 60% reduction in supply. That Black Death did not mess around
