These reports can be used to pressure governments, universities, etc. to divest from Israel and to stop sending arms, software, etc. to Israel.

Yes, and it is very positive that prominent human rights groups agree and document it. These reports can be used to pressure governments, universities, etc. to divest from Israel and to stop sending arms, software, etc. to Israel.
