The Melody is part of the City of Atlanta’s Rapid Rehousing Initiative, which aims to create 500 affordable housing units for people experiencing chronic homelessness by the end of 2025. Since the Melody opened, however, three of its residents have died. Sean Keenan, a journalist at Atlanta Civic Circle who has been covering these deaths, joined Wednesday’s edition of “Closer Look.”
