Whether you agree that the two state solution is feasible or not is immaterial.

The fact is that it is 180° the opposite of genocide. It’s an acknowledgement that the Palestinian state and people deserve to exist, in other words, the exact opposite of what Trump is saying.

In other words, you’re engaging in falsehoods when you accuse Biden and Harris of engaging in genocide.

Israel? Absolutely. Netanyahu? Likud? War criminals top to bottom.

But you can’t look at Harris’ statements and say they’re the same as people engaging in genocide because they absolutely are not.

What they say is immaterial when their actions betray their flimsy words. Your argument is akin to claiming DOGE is an earnest effort to cut down on government waste because of the claims that Musk has made. Taking someone at their word is a fool’s errand, especially when it comes to politics. We agree that israel is committing a genocide but for some reason you think someone giving billions of dollars in weapons to them is not aiding this process. I do not understand this line of logic, please help me understand how empty unrealistic promises (made over decades and never sincerely acted upon) and flowery words are enough to make giving billions in weapons to a genocide-committing country not an act of support for genocide.

And again, you’re misrepresenting their actions, same as everyone wanting to blame the US for the genocide.

Netanyahu and Likud are to blame, not Biden and not Harris. They’re the ones choosing to pull the triggers and drop the bombs and they started it before we sent them a dime of aid.

The US is not the sole assignee of blame, israel is clearly the primary one to blame, but the US is the biggest supporter of israel and without the US and other allies, israel would be forced to the bargaining table. How can the US supply billions of dollars in weapons to a country committing genocide and remain blameless?
