I’ve been trying to cook some of the food I’ve been finding in Blue Prince! Today was the 
I’m unsure how to make it more yellow than orange. Butternut squash base, maybe? I like making the country stew pie more, but beef stew is delicious!
That’s a really quite attractive orange. I would try cream and saffron to lighten it.
Thank you! It does have some coconut milk, but could use more! Saffron is on the list if I try again!
Its too dark for the color you want, more coconut milk or cream would make it lighter.
But in order to get it that pale of a yellow you’d probably have to reaaaaly dilute the flavor, so it might be worth adding a bit more cream and considering it close enough
Yeah, I’m thinking to make it look accurate it would no longer taste that great. Could still be interesting to try with more coconut milk!

Or saffron since the recipe already says it contains turmeric.

If you want it lighter, add a bit of cream during the last 15 minutes of simmering it.
