The long-range version sounds amazing. Bigger battery and 750W motor. I’m very tempted to preorder one right now. I’ve been looking at the XP 3 for a while, but decided to wait to see what the 4 had to offer, and it looks great!

Custom e-bikes is going to be hot stuff. My city transport is a e-scooter and the scooter workshops are making cash.

Lots of solid improvements. I have an XP3 that I pre-ordered 2.5 years ago and it still works great. I’ve definitely put money in to upkeep/upgrades with better tires, brakes, brake pads, headlight, and more. It has over 550 miles on it and keeps going.

Some things I’d love to see from the standpoint of a user that actually folds their bike and stuffs it in to a vehicle…

    1. 68 lbs. is heavy (yes I know they make a lite version but it’s too limited).
    2. Add a catch that locks the folded halves together, makes it more secure when lifting and transporting a folded bike (I use these ROK Straps 12’-42’ Adjustable Pack Strap but having something integrated would be nice)
    3. Add bump-stops or something to prevent metal on metal scraping when folded (I stick a piece of cardboard or styrofoam in between)
