They are directly responsible. Biden was continuing to arm them. That is indirect. I realize being pedantic on this topic isn’t going to be very popular.
He’s not directly responsible though. Indirectly, sure, but words have meaning.
How’s sending weapons to Israel, when they are incontrovertibly killing civilians, not being directly responsible?
