Welcome to “You Don’t Matter, Give Up.”

This community is inspired by the concept of text that conveys opposite messages when read in a different manner. While it shares similarities with !dontdeadopeninside@lemmy.ohaa.xyz and !nosafetysmokingfirst@sh.itjust.works in that all of these play with the idea of misreading text, YDMGU specifically focuses on phrases that can be read in both directions, with each interpretation being valid and opposites of each other.

No Spam or Self-Promotion: Avoid posting spam or excessive self-promotion. This includes unrelated content or links that do not fit the community’s theme.
No Rule Lawyering: Moderators have the final say in all decisions regarding content and rule enforcement. If you disagree with a moderator’s decision, you are welcome to discuss it in !yepowertrippingbastards@lemmy.dbzer0.com.
