Aggravated Assault: 340 W. Peachtree St

Preliminary Release: On 06/30/25, around 6:26am, officers responded to 340 W. Peachtree St in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a male suffering from a gunshot wound. EMS personnel responded to the scene and transported the victim to the hospital in serious condition. Preliminary investigation indicates the victim, and an unknown suspect were involved in a dispute leading up to the shooting. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
