I’m a little freaked-out that orangecat isn’t freaked-out by the sight of all those canines. Hmm…
They can hold their own against all opposition.
And that I trust is largely down to their hilariously inept, clone-like, clown-like appearance. Like a parade of guinea pigs wearing sideways-facing bicorne hats, nobody would dare come close, lest they get randomly zapped in to Dimension X.
Now, a pack of Spikes (remember, the bull dog?) coming down the pike like that? In that case I fear orangecat might emit some actual, traditional cartoon sweat bursts, confirming 1) whoa, we got an actual comic strip here!; and 2) Slackhead Gallagher might arise off his chonky rump to do something other than draw a main character other than with demurely-folded hands behind their backs. (or arms missing entirely, as with Grandpa a couple weeks ago, haha)
Ah… what a glorious time to speculate upon the richness of all these various possibilities. Ach, I tell you-- I almost feel young again! XD
Btw, I’ve kept your community linked at EGN++ after all this time, FWIW.
Frankly, it probably didn’t help all that much, since most clickers would have immediately complained “hey, this is an AMERICAN comic!” and turned away, but I hope many of them might, just might have appreciated the low-key genius of the project, and subscribed. In any case, I think/hope I tried to do right…
EGN++?
He can beat every dog. Except maybe Chauncey.

https://piefed.social/c/eurographicnovelsEarly on, after you’d first started this project, I told you right here that I enjoyed it, and had decided to add it to our ‘list,’ even though it was a bit of an outlier. Ah, the whims and whimsy of us orangecat fans!
