Which part of a private media outlet suspending a show on its network for the host behaving in a way they believe will reduce their revenue potential is violating the Constitution?
Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s unjust censorship that is telling of ABCs willingness to bend the knee to fascists, but we should be careful not to throw around the concept of “constitutional violation” for every injustice, especially amidst plenty of actual constitutional violations.
To be fair to the dude above you, ABC has been being pressured by the FCC in a pretty illegal way (from what i understand). Not sure that it’s specifically violating the constitution (don’t know enough constitutional case law to speculate), but it very well may be illegal under pre-trump law.
