“We cannot make the same mistakes we’ve made in the past of just showing up three months before an election,” he said. “That’s part of the reason we’ve lost trust with so many parts of our coalition, including the Black community.”

He’s not just saying it either, this is the largest reinvestment from DNC to state parties ever and it’s allowing state parties to stay staffed up to campaign levels already, and maintain that till midterms.
We’re not hoarding money to get a neoliberal to the general. We’re spending it now to get people engaged early, so they’ll vote in the primary and we’ll get whatever candidate they organically want…
And I have confidence that won’t be a neoliberal in a fair election.
