Does the rest of Europe and the world dislike international breaks as much as we do in England ?

I was having this discussion with friends and I think it directly correlates with the quality of the league of your country.

For example Spain England Germany will dislike them as they would prefer to see their clubs playing , but for Croatia their national team is better than their club teams so they enjoy it.

I could be totally wrong so please let me know !

    National team game is the only fun thing about local football now. Cause one team have been dominating the league, national cup, and cup for 10 years plus funded by its sovereign family with so much fund that it is able to simply buy all upcoming talents, import player(non-local) or the worse thing! buy star player of rival and put them on bench just to weaken the opponent. They are just that rich that no concept of loyalty or rivalry can stand up to. They even went as far to weaken the national team by not releasing them on international break and no one can do anything because the player love the wage more than the salary. So yes, local league is so bad that being thumped at international break is way better.
