Does the rest of Europe and the world dislike international breaks as much as we do in England ?
I was having this discussion with friends and I think it directly correlates with the quality of the league of your country.
For example Spain England Germany will dislike them as they would prefer to see their clubs playing , but for Croatia their national team is better than their club teams so they enjoy it.
I could be totally wrong so please let me know !
I like international breaks. Even if I were not watching the international football, I would still be enjoying having a weekend free of league football to watch. Also, it is really good for the players and clubs.
Even if your team sucks, international football is an entirely different experience and I love it.
