I think both clubs are in disarray in their own ways. Both have great managers but not idea players. United have good players on paper but who seem to have really poor attitudes and undermine the manager eventually.

Chelsea have spent a lot of money but have a completely new squad who have had little time together and are very raw.

It’s easy to say “Chelsea should because they spent 1bn”. But I am talking about their current squads, manager, board, situation etc

Chelsea. The issues at Chelsea are superficial and should be easily remediable with a few adults taking charge. They’ve already taken a decent step in that direction with Poch.

With United, not only does their squad need an overhaul but there’s just something fundamentally rotten to the core about the club. I couldn’t tell you what it is or how to fix it, but it seems to chew up and spit out everyone who touches it and it goes beyond coaching staff and transfer policy.

Chelsea could win the league in 2-3 years with a bit of luck and the right decisions. I’d be shocked if United win it in the next decade.
