    to me it seems far more rude to label him as lazy, cause despite how you might view it, to the rest of society being lazy is fundamentally a moral failure. it’s a way of saying that someone is just bad for not working hard enough, and ignores the many many justifications and reasons for peoples behaviour.

      I don’t think he’s bad for not working hard enough. I don’t think he’s mentally ill though.

      I think if you called any person “lazy” vs “mentally ill”, you’d probably see a difference in reaction.

      But, it seems like this might be a cultural thing, and since we’re not gonna solve that… Well 🤷‍♂️😂
