All in the title. In discussion with a few friends, I mentioned that I was rooting for Liverpool in '05 in the CL final against AC Milan, and people were surprised… it seems this is not as common as I thought.
So, what’s your attidute towards your clubs’ local rivals when they are in continental competitions?
I always root for rivals to get knocked out late in all competitions because then they’ll have a more compact schedule and might falter in one competition or another
