Person Shot: 889 Ralph D. Abernathy Boulevard SW

Preliminary Statement: On November 11th, 2025, at approximately 1:45PM, officers responded to 889 Ralph D. Abernathy Boulevard SW in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a 17-year-old male who sustained an apparent gunshot wound to his left leg. The male was alert, conscious, breathing, and was transported to the hospital for treatment. Investigators with the Aggravated Assault Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
