This shows how unfair the world of football is, Everton are a poor smaller club so the FA can punch down on them as they please. Whereas the top clubs are given special treatment and allowed to bend the rules, can hire the best lawyers and being state owned gives them unlimited power
Newcastle are more a case of terrible sportswashing owners they haven’t been proved to be cooking the books…yet.
City managed to diddle FFP with great lawyers and will not face anything. PL darlings get preferential treatment in games (when not really needed) but as having lost a title by a point twice is kind of grating. Handball etc decisions that clearly influenced the direction of the title. There are plenty more I can pick out but City fans would have to scramble to pick out a mere handful of decisions LFC have had in their favour. So massive asterisk against those title wins as the better side didn’t win because the refs were clearly bent. People can argue a toss but the fact remains.
