This shows how unfair the world of football is, Everton are a poor smaller club so the FA can punch down on them as they please. Whereas the top clubs are given special treatment and allowed to bend the rules, can hire the best lawyers and being state owned gives them unlimited power
‘Poor’ they weren’t poor when they broke the rules? They were absolutely loaded. They are the only club to have been confirmed guilty and admitted to being guilty. What is the point in FFP if clubs breaking it aren’t going to have any repercussions? Clubs will carry on breaking them if there’s just a small fine etc. Also they avoided relagation by the skin of their teeth but broke FFP, how should teams like Burnley and Leeds feel who went down by 1/2/3 points different while adhering to FFP and losing out to Everton who broke it?
