There are quite a few insightful things in this episode. The crux of it is all in the first 30 minutes. Mostly from the psychology and neuroscience fields, but all with a stoicism backdrop (hence the feed it’s in).
Without giving too many spoilers away, the observation that anger is more of a secondary emotion and coping mechanisms for another emotion that comes before it was quite eye opening and useful.
