My question is - this doesn’t look thinly sliced? Is it like a bulgogi steak or just a weird angle?
I did get a bit lazy with getting it as thin as I should’ve. Along with a rather narrow cut of strip steak making it look a bit thicker than it was.
We can call it Bulgogi steak if you’d like!
I’d rather just call it dinner! It looks delicious whatever it is!
