Did anyone not see this coming? Seems it’s a regular occurrence where City players will say they are “injured” to miraculously recover in a week after getting to fly back early.
I thought there was a rule where if you pulled out of an international you were automatically pulled out of the next competitve club match?
I remember Ryan Giggs being unavailable for Wales a lot back in his hey-day and a lot of African players dropped out of international firendlies.
That rule is rumoured to be coming soon.
