Also he has no self-control. Every brainfart comes out of his mouth, and he can’t remember what he’s talking about for more than 30 seconds, so he just loops.
@phutatorius More specifically, he’s engaged in a kind of short-delay Word Association, wherein he forgets what he’s saying in the middle of a sentence (not that he ever completes any more than a few words long), and then riffs on some word or concept from what he remembers saying within the last 20 seconds or so. Then he’s off on some other tangent. In one speech, the word ‘record’ (as in achievement) led him on a weird (even for him) tangent about Elton John and musical instruments. He’s nuts.
Nothing’s changed. The plan is the same.
