Seen both Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher criticising Alisson for being clearly fouled during the game saying he needs to do better, both amongst others said the same about Gabriel when Joelinton pushed him into the goal with both hands. What is with the victim blaming from pundits, can’t exactly do much when someone fouls you

    I thought Alisson was unusually poor today, wasn’t much in the fouls given against him, and was at fault for City’s goal.

      Yes he slipped when trying to launch a quick counter. Cant blame him for slipping. That goal is just poor defending from Liverpool, 5 players watched Aké go through them. Not a single tackle or arm tug. Just plain ball watching.

      Because none of those players (Szobo, Macca, Trent, Jones) think like a #6, so they dont sense danger the way a #6 does. To me, Klopp playing without an old school #6 exposes the team such goals.
