The mentality has also become like that of a mid-table team. Nothing in and around the club screams world class at the moment.
I just don’t find many differences between Chelsea and say, Crystal Palace (apart from the wages and all). As fans, should we also have a mid-table mindset? Satisfied with draws against the big boys and finishing the season with 45-50 points?
Poch’s project is likely for everyone to have patience and trust the process. They look like a 10th place team (checks table) yes they are a 10th place team. If your expecting a full turn around like that (I know the first year under Conte they won the league), then slow down the expectations. People that call for Poch to get the sack are absolutely mental to think that.
