It kind of helps Biden tbh, Obama has a lot of people that would still vote for him. Comparing Biden to Obama is a win for Biden because it reminds people of Obama.
Sure, that’s probably the perception, but truth is, depending on how heavily you weigh Obamacare, Biden has actually had bigger challenges and gotten more accomplished. I’m not a fanboy, but I’ll give credit where it’s due.
