Surely it would place a massive asterisk on all the trophies won during his time at Man City? In future discussions on the greatest manager would this be a talking point which stains our perception on him? Or will he still be lauded as the greatest by some despite the wider context?
I remember him saying when all this was starting that he would leave if he thought they were cheating. It’s been obvious since they did cheat and it was only on technicalities they got away the first time. So his legacy regarding his honor, integrity is tainted for sure. Same with players.

My opinion on that statement has always been that he’s being a snake. He knows they cheated, but by saying that he thinks he can jump ship if they’re found guilty and pretend its because he has integrity.

If “obvious” is hacked evidence with no verification then you need to be ready to accept that standard across the board.
Let the process take place and then it will be obvious because if it was obvious this wouldn’t take over 3 years to sort out.

I think his words were if they lied to me (the owners) he would leave. I think the owners have told him they cheated and he worded it like that on purpose
