I can say with 100% certainty that nobody cares about FFP.
Chelsea, City and Newcastle becoming good teams has benefited the Premier League.
Look at how other leagues have died because of a lack of investment. Leagues like Italy, France and Germany are closer to the Championship in terms of quality than they are to the Premier League.
As somebody who is an expert in money, they will both be fine.
PSG and City both got fines a few years ago from UEFA when less rich teams were banned from the Europe.
Chelsea and City don’t have money problems, they have revenue problems. Their owns can burn £50 mil and not care, the issue is getting it on the books to buy new players. So a fine is perfect.
The line will still be in a pin point location and we’ll have the same issue.
There’s no problem with the current system. “You give a retard a calculator and he’s going to try and turn the TV on with it” (or whatever the quote is from whiplash). The tech works fine, it’s just been misused in a few instances.

Man United because they have some world class players (or players that recently were). If they hadn’t had an utterly brain dead transfer window they should have been competing this season.
Chelsea have no world class players and no one really looks like getting to that level. Maybe Nkunku will be a total game changer but Chelsea are a couple of transfer windows from even being top 4 contenders.
Only difference is that Poch is the better manager but they’ll probably sack him before the end of the season.
Because of the team he’s in. Obviously any striker will score loads of goals in that system, let alone a player as good as Haaland.
