Most names I see here are just references or trying to be ultra edgy and offensive (SatansMaggotyCumFart for example). They might be memorable, but I wouldn’t say they are creative.

Mine’s not clever, just an NPC I made for an old GURPS game I ran ages ago that I’ve since used as my handle online. Frustratingly there’s some guy in Italy who claimed it as their Steam name though so that’s the one place I couldn’t use it lol
FYI: your display name on steam doesn’t have to be your login name and it doesn’t need to be unique (but if you join a game with someone using the same name, whoever joins last will have a number appended to the end of it). You can change it whenever you want from the edit profile page.

I have seen yours the most. It’s not the most creative but it’s definitely the most eye catching from all big Lemmy posters.

It’s my two dogs’ names combined. Loki and Kona. But I also misspelled it and the KOLA should have been a KOLO. KOloNAki.

For me creative would be more like when something makes me giggle but only after reading it twice.
