Sorry if the wording is weird, English is not my first language
Peacemaker. Its intro kicks ass
“it’s been a long road…”
The change in season 3 is a bit jarring.
Most Star Trek openings are short and with epic music.
- Game of Thrones because the animation is awesome
- Foundation because the animation is awesome
- Breaking Bad because it’s so short it would be more effort to skip it
- Futurama because there’s always a text gag and sometimes a visual one
- The Simpsons (on the rare occasion) because every opening sequence is different
- Black Books because I like the music
- Better Off Ted because the Viridian Dynamics “advertisements” are funny
I loved the animation for GOT with the pop up mechanical castles! It also helped to give an overview of where the action would be for that episode, as well as looking really cool!
Also House of the Dragon with the embroidery being stitched (very apt for 2 female protagonists) and the mythology/world building of Valyria…
The Expanse. So much going on in that opening, plus it updates depending on what’s happening in the series.
I agree and like The 100 intro for the same reason.
Firefly
Fleabag - season 1
Game of Thrones, and I pointed out the weirwood tree to my wife every time.
House of Cards, I liked the music and I used to live there so liked seeing all the landmarks. Never watched past the first season though.
Better call Saul
Trailer park boys. It’s a serene calm to the chaos that comes
Also, probably Welcome Back Kotter.
Bad Sisters - because PJ Harvey.
Evil - because you get haunted if you do.
Gravity Falls and Futurama.
any opening that is a minute or less can play. anything longer will be skipped.
