This is win/win/win for him. He gets to increase MAGA turnout by people thinking they are going to win a million dollars, he now won’t pay anyone the million dollars, and he can blame it on the “partisan Democrat Justice Department”.
I don’t think there’s a good alternative, though, let him illegally pay for votes!? The only thing we can do is make sure us, our friends, and family have a plan for voting, then donate and volunteer…
