Goated as in “It’s been declared the”, but I don’t really know - I’m guessing here.
Probably strawberry jam, although I do love a good quality marmalade.

Jelly: Orange Marmelade.
Jalapeño jelly on sourdough with some cream cheese heckin slaps.
