I worked in a shop in a very affluent area and found many have totally unrealistic expectations regarding service. Best was a woman who had a meltdown because the outside big bin was overflowing and she had a company over. We were the other side of a wide road to her… she was FURIOUS that we politely said we couldn’t empty the outside bin for her.
